I regularly present at local, national, and international conferences. I also provide consultation and training opportunities for educational service providers including schools and community agencies along with practitioners. Trainings range from 1.5 hours to full day on topics which include cultural competency and antiracist practices in Pk-12 schools and higher education, supporting gifted and twice exceptional students of color, school counselor leadership and advocacy, school counselor and school administrator collaboration, and suicide prevention (QPR) for all ages.
